Video Conversion is the process of changing one video file type (i.e. SWF, AVI, MOV) and converting it into another format. The easiest ways to do this are to use programs such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Flash. To convert one file type to another, you must open it in a program such as Adobe After Effects or Macromedia Flash, and then export it or save it as a different file type. Things to pay attention to would be, what file type's the program you are using can import, and what file type's your program can export as, also what file type the movie you have is in, and what file type you need it to be in.
