Joshua Tomar, also known as "TomaMoto", is an American amateur voice actor, cast in numerous Newgrounds flash animations. He currently serves as a Voice Acting Club moderator.

Tomar is notable for voicing all male characters in Miss Dynamite XXII by Sirkowski, The Boss in MoreLikeBlue by Brad Lowery, and performing and writing all skits in SummerShorts title by St1k. He also serves as the current voice of BBQBeefBurgerMan.

Outside of his work in flash animation, Tomar has gained additional recognition from his parody "boredom dubs" of various popular animated series; most regularly of Avatar: The Last Airbender. He was also cast in the PC CD-ROM game, Brigade E5: New Jagged Union.
