ThreeStar is one of the original members of the Star Syndicate, and is often referred to as the "Queen of the Portal".

Ruthie's history with the Star Syndicate began in the summer of 2004, when upon viewing SevenStar's Earthbound: ALS series and FourStar's Chick Techno series, she joined the SS forums to insult them. A day later, she joined, and the following day, she was made an admin. On account of her gender, (females comprise only 5% of Newgrounds' audience) it was decided that she would be ThreeStar, the purple star. She made her Flash debut with the SS Time Trial Team A, the first Star Syndicate collaboration. She organized the Alastor Collections as well, but most of her Flash career starts with her active participation in the first season of Dailytoons. Since then, she has organized a couple of Dailytoons and several collabs as well, noteably the Linkin Park Collab, Loud Noises Collabs 1 2, and 3, and The VRROMMM Collabs 1, 2, 3, and 3.5.
