RichChap is a pretty cool guy. Lots of people ask if he's rich, which he might be, or might not be. Nobody knows for sure. Some people think he's actually a super cool hobo who isn't really rich, and some people think he's actually Bill Gates, a total nerd who actually is rich. I guess we'll never know.

Before 2003

Before '03, RichChap spent a lot of time drawing, because he loved to draw, and doodle on all his homework assignments, and any paper he could find. It paid off in the end, because it helped him become a decent animator in flash!

2003

The first time RichChap ever touched flash was in 2003, someone taught him how to use flash 4, since he was interested in animation. He was 10 years old. He stopped after about 5 days, but knew easy, newbie stuff, like tweening. He didn't touch flash again until 2004.

2004

In 2004, RichChap noticed his school computers had flash MX. He remembered the program, and got it for Christmas. When people ask RichChap when he started flash however, he will always reply with, December 25, 2004, not 2003.

2005

In 2005, RichChap got the main idea of flash, and learned to do frame by frame animations, rather than tweens, around February 2005. He bought a wacom tablet during March 2005, and has been using it always to make frame by frame animations ever since. He joined Deviantart around this time, and then in May, he joined Sheezyart. He had a few watchers, and made some cool things, but nothing huge. He met Riff~Raff, who's real name is Sean MacPherson, and they created the LXF (leauge of extraordinary flashers) with Riff~Raff's lazy brother, Bryan, who was also known as Santa. He turned 13 that December, released a flash, music video to the song "Glow" by Alien Ant Farm. Then the LXF made the infamous collaboration, known as the Weekend Collab, with members of the LXF, Riff~Raff, Karmic Cloud, Santa, and Richchap. RichChap is not proud of the weekend collab, so stop telling him it sucks, because he knows. It's old. Then they made the Weekend Collab 2, with Psi43, RichChap, Karmic Cloud, and Mithon. They stopped making the collabs here, since they were terrible. That's it.

2006

RichChap made more flash movies, but nothing big. He made some cool shorts, including the popular, "Monster!" "Katamari Tribute", and "Nephod's Hilarious voice acting skills 1, 2, and 3" which featured the voice of Nephod, as a parody of TomSka's hilarious voice acting skills, animated by Eddsworld. His skills improved, and that was that.

2007

Not much happened which RichChap published in 2007, but he continued to improve his drawing and animation skills, even though nobody on the internet saw anything he worked on.

2008

RichChap finished his second demo reel, which he used to apply to high schools, on January 15th 2008. He also was commissioned by several people which were completed, but never released publicly on the internet.
