Pivot
From Anipedia
Pivot is an software animation tool created specifically for stick figure animation, and was created by Peter Bone.
Pivot is a vector tool, but unlike Flash, joints can be linked together to make a group of symbols linked together with many moving parts, allowing the animator to move an object without its rotation point moving away from the other point it is locked to. While you can draw things other than stick figures, the toolset of Pivot is much more primitive than Flash, and thus is typically used to create stick animations. Its only form of output is GIF.
