History
The Milano Crew all started out when Jitan (Jack Nicholson) wanted to have a Newgrounds Alias of some random celebrity. He browsed the web and came across a picture of Alyssa Milano and it was perfect. Soon after the Milano Crew had been born.
Since the beginning the Milano Crew had always set out to be unique unlike flash groups before it by allowing members to have there own artistic style, unlike the Clock Crew where members put clocks on their characters. As stated by Jitan himself, the Milano Crew was a place for talented flash artists to create short works, as opposed to long, time-consuming pieces. The Milano Crew drew it's inspirations from previous flash groups though such as the Star Syndicate's random spammy style and the Clock Crew's use of quality animation with random humor.
Over the years, Jitan moved on to bigger and better things with his internet comedy show, Le Stupid Show, and financial problems cooked up among the crew. After a long battle with MilanoCrew.com's hosting services, the domain was taken over. After much debate and many suggestions of just changing over to .net, Nick decided it would be best to completely change the name of the crew to Random Society. Although some were for the idea, many members were sour about the change but still reluctantly followed through, in the name of Milano.
Current Day
Currently, the Random Society has yet to achieve the popularity and fame as Milano Crew, but is still going strong. Many members in the group who still try to hold on to the Milano Crew name will hide the logo or name among their flashes, as a way to keep the Milano spirit living.

His character is a small red stick legged ant who is about as small as a normal man's thumb.

His character is new though he has been in the crew for a long time, He is a brown haired white box with two black ovals for eyes.

Lord of the Guitar and master of the Accordion, King of the Bucket Hats like in this name^ He is almighty in flash and in music.
His character has a Bucket Hat with long brown/black hair and glasses usually wears brown coat with white and jeans.

Activity
The Random Society's recent accomplishments include MilanoDay 2007, The P.E.T.A. Collab and the Mongoose Collab. There have also been a number of award winning Milanotoons. The Random Society's forums are currently the only part of the group's website open, but after the new website design is completed the entire site - including an Audio and Flash Portal - will be open for business.
Cartoons
Even though the group lost the MilanoCrew Domain, the spirit of the original Crew was not lost. To this day, the series of short Flash Collaborations known as the MilanoToons continue as strong as ever. MilanoToons consist of short animations made by several artists combined into one easy-to-navigate format.
