FLV (Flash video) is a popular online format for presenting video in Adobe Flash format. It can be presented as a standalone, embedded in an SWF, and progressive or streamed download. The video import tool in Flash will allow you to embed premade FLV players in your SWF. However, you cannot produce standalone FLV players in Flash.
