Contents

[edit] 2003

Jason got in touch with Flash in 2003. However, his first works were not released due to their lack of quality.

His first official work that has been released is "Khein: The legendary Jedi". It was about a so-called Jedi, swinging his swords in a practice room. It was criticized for its bad animation and, eventually, got deleted on request of DJJ-Asshole, by Wade, the co-webmaster of Newgrounds.

[edit] The Worms: Wormswar

On December the 20th, 2003, he released "The Worms: Wormswar", his second Flash movie on Newgrounds. It was a movie about the failures of "Worms" (the first in a series of turn-based strategy games developed by Team17).

A couple of weeks later, a user called "Kalzapo" stole the work and claimed it as his creation. It got passed judgement, even after 3 whistles. DJJ-Asshole and his TheFallen tried to contact the mods about this fraud.

It was proven that it was DJJ-Asshole's creation, simply because of Kalzapo's ignorance - he hadn't even edited the credits. The Flash got deleted after a judgment of a half a year.

[edit] 2004

[edit] "Nintendroid's News"

Nintendroid's News was the only movie released in 2004, on the first of October. The project had been brought up for a gaming site called "Nintendroids".

The story was about an anchor for a news, namely "Bianckey". Bianckey is a character of the game Viewtiful Joe. The story includes other characters, such as Mario, Luigi, Samus and Link.

[edit] 2005

This year was DJJ-Asshole's most busy year, debuting 9 movies.

[edit] Keep on Eating

The third movie of Jason was called "Keep on eating". It was a looped Flash movie about Albird, a rather fat character with no legs. He also appeared in "Keep on fighting", "Extreme Random Ways", and "P2Porn".

[edit] Mario's Lobby Shootout

After 3 months, DJJ-Asshole submitted a Flash animation called "Mario's Lobby Shootout". It's a homage to a famous scene from the movie "The Matrix" - the lobby shootout.

Instead of Neo, Mario was the leading role in this scene, and Peach replaced Trinity's role. The army also consisted of characters from the Mario series.

This Flash featured the real voices of the movie.

[edit] An Odd Nintendo Short

A considerable series was "An Odd Nintendo Short". The series consist of characters of Nintendo, in weird situations.

The fact that they were short also enabled DJJ-Asshole to release them in small periods of time.

[edit] -<EA:Exposed>-

"-<EA:EXPOSED>-" was a satire towards Electronic Arts. The story was based on mocking the company's bureaucracy.

The submission was stolen and submitted to Newgrounds by a person named Mikey. However, the movie was just in its preview stage, and wasn't fully completed. It was deleted soon after it got whistled.

The real movie was submitted a month after.

The flick starts up in a room, where members of EA were gathered for a meeting. They brainstormed several ideas for upcoming games. Games like "Fifa Street: Street" were brought up.

This was supposed to mock the simple formula of games of EA.

At the end of the movie, the boss of EA also ensured the audience that the upcoming game will have improved graphics, and many other special specs, but the lie detectors nearby go off.

This was meant to illustrate the notion that EA makes promises for games which will never be fulfilled.

The Flash featured voice acting of : Ch33ks (Adam Stockley from Newgrounds), Kagome / Rina-chan (Founder of the Voice Acting Club), IOwnHell (Andreas Somville from Newgrounds), RylaanG(member of the VAC).

It was also in this year that he released the popular Metroid: The Collab and Mario's 20th Anniversary movies.

The first was a collaboration made by 7 authors, lead by DJJ-Asshole. The animators involved in it were DJJ-asshole, Keicho, Ch33ks, Mental-Myles, 24k, MaxyBoy and Wasamonster.

The collab was created because DJJ-Asshole made a Metroid scene for the "Heroes of Nintendo" collab, but it never came out. That lead him to create a collab himself.

The collab earned the artists a "Daily 5th place" award. Over 50 000 people have seen this movie.

[edit] Mario's 20th Anniversary Collab

The collaboration was created and organized organized by DJJ-Asshole for the 20th anniversary of Mario. It is a work of 13 people: Vondijk, Mental-Myles, Keicho, Wonchop, Arturo Jauregui (Quimera / Toonimated), RogerVanderWeide, Ch33ks, Euan, The Pixel King, Gamecubicle, Julian Jauregui (Quimera / Toonimated) and DJJ-Asshole himself.

The idea was that he would start and end the movie with a specific scenario, and everything in between would be the works of other artists. Mario slides in the warp pipe and goes out to switch between scenes.

The collab earned the artists a "Daily Feature" award. It also showed up on frontpage and has received more than a million views. It ended on the 13th spot on the runner-up list of the best of November.

[edit] 2006

[edit] Extreme Random Ways

"Extreme Random Ways" was DJJ-Asshole's 11th movie. It was based on a song by "Moby" called "Extreme Ways".

The movie had random scenes in it, synched along to the music. It was one of his most ambitious movies.

Other 2006 submissions were the well-received Metroid: Invasion Part 1, a collaborative effort, and the solo project P2Porn.

[edit] 2007

[edit] "Conditions" series

Only two of his movies were submitted in 2007, and they were both part of a series called "Conditions", about the invention of a device that allows people to move atoms to a certain space, thus being able to form objects from minuscule materials - such as sand.

[edit] The Penguin & The Parrot

As of December, DJJ-Asshole has only submitted one cartoon in the year of 2008. Entitled The Penguin & The Parrot, it was made for an exam which required the movie to be an animated poem, and The Penguin & The Parrot was the author's comedy-centered poem.
