Danny Antonnuci is a cartoon director and animator, and is also the founder of AKA cartoon studios. He is most well known for his series "Ed, Edd n Eddy," which is currently the most successful and longest running show on Cartoon Network.

As a young child Antonucci was fascinated by animation. He spent his childhood performing puppet shows for money, and at the age of 14 made his first cartoon. Antonucci enrolled in an arts college but quit as he got offered a job animating for Hanna Barbera. He then went on to work for Rocketship Ltd. While working for Rocketship Antonucci created such cartoons as Lupo the butcher, The Brothers Grunt and several commercials. It was during this time he founded AKA cartoon.

Ed, Edd n Eddy, a cartoon series shown on Cartoon Network, is Antonucci's most famous work. It revolves around the daily lives of 3 pre-adolescent males living in the suburbs, named Ed, Edd n Eddy. It is set in Peach Creek estates, the Ed's neighbourhood; however, in later series certain episodes are set at school. Only 12 characters have ever appeared on the cartoon (13 if you count plank). - Ed, Edd n Eddy - Jimmy and Sarah - Kevin, Naz and Rolf - Jimmy and Plank - May, Lee and Marie
It was instantly popular on Cartoon network and has had 6 successful seasons, and a 7th may yet be produced. It is Cartoon Network's longest running show.
